By allowing a comprehensive and cyclical renewal of the organization, its capacity for innovation becomes part of its DNA. This new desired culture, will immerse in a strong and sustainable manner throughout the organization, from the management to operational team and transcending to all departments.

 

For this to happen it is necessary to analyze the patterns of behavior and the understanding of where we need to improve and / or renew because, if we keep doing what we've done so far, keep getting similar results or more of the same.
